PSCO Studios is not just a creative company; we're storytellers specializing in user experience, strategy, photography, and video production. Our foremost goal is to uncover your unique narrative, and from there, we embark on a mission to turn it into a vivid reality. Whether it's a corporate event or a private affair, we've got you covered,
ensuring an extraordinary experience every step of the way.
THE PSCO WAy
We will work alongside you, your planner and/or designer to create a custom photography timeline for your day, and also make recommendations for the best photographic results possible.
Our approach to photography is best described as capturing the best of you and moments in your life. We like to let it all unfold organically and capture the moments as they are or in other words enjoy being yourself and we’ll be like flies on the wall. There will be times we offer photographic insight such as the best locations for lighting, posing, wardrobe advice, or we will offer to style certain scenes such as the details. With every type of session our goal is to make the sessions fun and relaxed and to take photos that look natural and candid versus overly posed.
TRAVEL
We are based out of Lakeland, Florida ( a beautiful city between the Tampa Bay and Orlando Area) and available worldwide for destination photography services.
For most locations within Central Florida travel fees may not apply. Our destination services include travel and accommodations, early arrival, location scouting, and much more.
BOOKING
Once you reach out to us for booking via our Contact Form , email or phone; the next step will be for us to learn more about you and your specific photography needs in order to customize your experience. We will share our detailed pricing brochure and easy to fill-comprehensive questionnaire to get you started. Next is the fun part; we will set up a phone, video or a in person meeting to get to know each other more. If all is good we’ll move forward with the booking process by sending you an online contract with a finalized proposal for you to review and sign electronically.
In the final step, we will send you an online invoice for the booking retainer, once paid, your date will be reserved. As your date draws near, from time to time we’ll check in with you and/or your planning team, develop a customized photography timeline, and share advise on preparing for your session or event.
IMAGE Quality-QUANTITY
The final images in your online gallery will be a selected based on quality - the best photographs from each setup angle. Images with blinking, unfavorable expressions, or blur are omitted. This will typically result in 25+ images per hour of coverage for events.
POST PRODUCTION
Your photographs are as important to us as they are to you, and as such, our post production includes immediate transferring of files and a secondary external backup of files.
Our post production also includes exposure corrections, color corrections, and color grading on the entire collection. High end skin retouching is included on select close-up photos. Turnaround for photos are between 7-14 business days (sooner upon request) while turnaround for headshots sessions turnaround time is about 7-14 business days but varies depending on the amount of people ( sooner upon request). Cinematography projects is a cast by cast determination but typically takes 4-6 business weeks. This time allows us to carefully cover every detail of our images and videos.
