Photo Download Terms

PSco Studios retains full copyright and ownership of all photographs. Purchasing a download does not transfer copyright to the buyer.

Once payment is completed, the buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased photos for the permitted purpose.

For an individual purchasing event or portrait photos, permitted use would normally include:

• Personal social media

• Personal websites

• Emailing or sharing with family and friends

• Personal printing and display

Business, advertising, promotional, resale, publication, or commercial use would require written permission or a separate commercial license.

When posting, publishing, sharing, or otherwise displaying purchased photos online, on social media, on a website, or through another public digital platform, the purchaser must provide visible credit to PSco Studios whenever the platform or format allows.

Acceptable credit language includes:

• Photo by PSco Studios

• Photography by PSco Studios

• Photo taken by PSco Studios

• Images provided by PSco Studios

• © PSco Studios

• Tagging @pscostudios in the caption or on the image

Credit should be placed in the caption, post description, photo credit field, or another reasonably visible location. The purchaser may not remove PSco Studios’ watermark, copyright notice, embedded metadata, or other identifying information from the photos.

The buyer may not:

• Resell or sublicense the photos

• Use the photos as stock photography

• Allow another business or organization to use them

• Place them on products or merchandise for resale

• Claim ownership or authorship

• Remove watermarks from proofs or unpaid images

• Use them in an unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or harmful manner

Basic cropping and resizing for personal use may be permitted, but the buyer may not materially alter the photos, apply filters that significantly change the finished work, or edit the images in a way that misrepresents PSco Studios’ work.

The photos may not be uploaded to AI platforms for model training, dataset creation, face replacement, generative editing, synthetic media, or the creation of new commercial content without written permission.

The purchase includes only the selected final edited photographs. Raw, unedited, layered, source, or working files are not included.

The buyer is responsible for downloading and securely backing up the purchased photos before the gallery or download link expires. Re-uploading or restoring expired files may require an additional fee.

Use outside the permitted license may result in the license being suspended or revoked and may require additional licensing or unauthorized-use fees.

Checking the box and completing the purchase confirms that the buyer has reviewed, understood, and agreed to the terms electronically.
