The Nordstrom Rack Lakeland Grand Opening was designed as more than a store launch ; it was a community-facing brand experience. The goal was to generate excitement, drive foot traffic, and create a welcoming environment that reflected Nordstrom Rack’s approachable, style-forward identity.
Through intentional experience capture and strategic visual storytelling, this project focused on preserving the energy, emotion, and scale of the opening day while creating a versatile content library for future brand use.

Objective
Grand openings move fast, with high attendance and multiple brand moments unfolding at once. The challenge was capturing the scale of the event while preserving the human interactions that made the experience feel personal and welcoming. From early anticipation to lively guest engagement, the visuals highlight connection, inclusivity, and momentum ; capturing not just what happened, but how it felt to be there.

Our Impact
We approached this project with an experience-first mindset, balancing wide crowd scenes with intimate moments to ensure the brand’s presence stayed clear and intentional.
